Lunis wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement explains what we do, where we still fall short, and how to reach us if you run into a barrier.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of how we design and build, not an afterthought.
Across the site we build with:
We consider this Website partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We check our work with a mix of automated tools, manual keyboard testing, and screen-reader spot checks, and we fix issues as we find them.
Some imagery on the site is still placeholder artwork while the product evolves, and some embedded or third-party content may not yet meet our standard. We are working to replace and improve these.
The Website is designed to work with current versions of the major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, and with common assistive technologies. Using the latest versions gives the best experience.
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or you find a barrier we have missed, we want to hear about it. Email contact@lunis.live with the page address and a short description of the problem, or use our contact form. We aim to respond within a few business days, and we will work with you on another way to get the information or service you need, including providing content in a different format on request.
We prefer to resolve concerns directly and quickly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have further rights under the accessibility and disability laws that apply where you live.
